Endless Mode Hotfix

Just a little hotfix!
- Endless Mode will no longer end at depth 137.
- Enemies will now scale exponentially faster after depth 100. This is to prevent a run dragging on for tooo long.
- Palisade will now always spawn towards the front in Endless Mode.
- Random damage's animation speed will now scale with damage value. It'll also not lag the game as much as before.
- Fixed the third recruit event being skipped in tutorial.
- Fixed Prospector not working with Familiar.
- Fixed losing combat after 20 turns of no one dying.
- Fixed Goblin Pack and Goblin Chief not scaling in Endless Mode.
- Fisher's encounter finally got its unique flavor text.
There are other bugs that we are aware of, but they requires a little more time to fix. The next content update should be during the first week of December (right before poe2 early access for some reason), focusing on random event (like prophecy) and trinkets (like birthing stone and sacrificial dagger) and maybe some narrative content.
